What brought you to Eden Heights Realty, and how has your journey evolved since you joined?
I started my journey with Eden Heights as an intern, fresh from school where I studied Human Resource Management. From the very first day, I felt like I was stepping into a new world—a world filled with possibility, hope, and the promise of growth. As an intern, I was fortunate to be exposed to Property Management departments where I started as an assistant PM after my internship.
I remember how nervous I was, how shy I felt—so timid that I couldn’t even bring myself to make work calls in the office. Instead, I would step outside, finding quiet corners where I thought no one could hear me, just to gather the courage to speak. That was just the beginning; I was new to everything—work, professionalism, and even myself. I’ve had embarrassing moments too, like one unforgettable day when a director asked me to make coffee for their guest. I was eager to serve, but I misunderstood the amount of sugar to add. Where I grew up, a spoon is a spoon—whether it’s a tiny teaspoon or a large dinner spoon. So, I innocently added two full dinner spoons of sugar, thinking I was doing right. The guest took a sip, and I saw the surprise and a hint of a smile on his face—his reaction explained it all.

Balancing both Property Management and HR was no easy feat, and at times, it felt overwhelming. But with each challenge, I found strength—I kept pushing forward. I was blessed to have directors who believed in me, guiding me with patience and kindness, fueling my growth and confidence.
Looking back, my journey has been a tapestry of highs and lows—moments of beauty and moments of struggle, all woven together into something precious. Today, I stand here, grateful and incredibly proud of how far I’ve come. I can honestly say, I love the person I am becoming.
And to think, just a while ago, I never imagined I’d be a shareholder and Operations Director. It feels like a beautiful dream—one that I never dared to hope for but now cherish with all my heart.
